Gravity as in Clickbank speak means that a product has been making many sales and those with most recent and high sales has the higher gravity.

I am going to list the blogging products at Clickbank that has the highest gravity in order to guide affiliates on what products to promote. Of course, we want to promote something that is a very much salable product because it would be more beneficial in terms of our income.
